TEXTURED GLASS
Adding textured glass to your kitchen, doors, or bathroom is a great way to create an impact. Patterned glass texture for kitchen cabinets or bathrooms shower doors proves to be a perfect fit by showcasing personalized touch and additional privacy. Where other types of decorative glass fail to catch the eye, textured glass provides a simple yet elegant feel. With the design only being applied to the surface, you are still left with beautiful infused kitchen cabinets.
PATTERNED GLASS
Patterned glass has become increasingly popular amongst building owners and a favorite element for architects and interior designers. With the variety of designs and colors available that can be customized to your liking, it can be found not only in homes, but hotels, restaurants, and offices. So, if you’re in search of adding a unique flair that will brighten a space while still maintaining privacy, consider patterned glass. It adds the perfect touch of color and elegance to any space. Our Patterned Glass is available in standard patterns or customizable patterns and are also available with color tints. The original patterns include the Pitzer, Linear, and Waffle Patterns.
WIRE GLASS
Monolithic wired glass is rolled, polished, annealed glass with a layer of wire embedded in the middle. Historically, wired glass was used in locations where an “appearance” of security was sought, for example, in jewelry display cases and museum displays. It has also been used in skylights to prevent broken glass from falling into a room or onto walkways in the event of breakage. The primary use of wired glass was in locations that require fire-rated construction materials. However, today many building owners are utilizing the unique wire infused glass for a variety of design situations. In the past several decades architects and interior designers have begun using this glass in unique design situations. Additionally, our wire glass products are customizable so as to obtain approvals for the renovation in a landmark setting from historic and preservation authorities.
PRESSED GLASS
Our pressed tiles are created using a restored original press from the 1800’s. The process involves gathering the glass, lowering it into the mold, and pressing it to the desired form and shape. Many of our molds are original transom window and sidewalk tiles from the 1800’s. We also have the ability to produce custom fabricated molds. We press 5 distinct styles of historic 4″ tiles which include the original FLW, Raindrops, Atomic Star, Wave Ribbed, and Flat Face. We also press 5 unique designs of 4″ tile designs including Pitzer, Halo, Tribute, Diamond, and Royal. There are many hybrid versions of these tiles. 5″ sidewalk tiles are shown below. We fabricate custom molds for custom tile designs.
